A Joint Venture is an agreement joining together two or more parties for the purpose of executing a
particular real estate transaction. Each party has committed to perform certain duties and lives up
to those written agreements.
In all of our joint venture deals we structure the investment per the needs of our investors.
We creat custom solutions to suit your needs. However we are confident in providing excellent
returns for our investors and we allow our investors to be as hands-on or hands-off as they
want to be. However, most, of our investors are busy professionals, who prefer the hands-off
approach and just want to know their investment is being taken care of.
Our typical joint venture involves a partner that is both an on-title and on-mortgage partner.
The rest is up to us. We handle all management issues and invest in properties with monthly
cash flow resulting in investments that pay large dividends the longer we hold the investment.

I have known Sean for a few years before I was approached by him about being part of a joint venture opportunity. After seeing his presentation and why Grande Prairie was the place and now was the time, I gave it some thought, decided I could financially afford it and that this is a good opportunity for me. This decision may have been a bit easier for me as I already had trust in Sean and his abilities.
I am quite happy with our arrangement. Sean and Chad look after tenants, property upkeep, budgeting/bills, and day to day items I do not have to play an active role in the management of the property. Don't get me wrong, I am still involved and have an equal say when we are making important decisions concerning our property, I just get to stay out of the medial day to day events.
