Cory and I have lived in the Lakeland apartments in Grande Prairie, Alberta for the past year and have been treated in an exemplary fashion. Sean Verret, the owner of the suite, has always made himself available for any concerns we might have as tenants. He also appointed a liaison by the name of Chad Mielke who handled day to day concerns and operations on location. Both Chad and Sean were available at all times, and if they ever had to enter our premises they would always call before. We felt as though we were treated fairly and we would gladly recommend Sean and Chad to anyone that is looking for great value and comfort in the city of Grande Prairie. We have both rented apartments in the past where the service and attention was lack lustre and Sean and Chad have combined to raise our expectations for future rentals. Thanks for the accommodations and support guys, it was an excellent partnership!
